Starting on Friday, May 15th, Brambler will reopen for limited in-store shopping, as well as online order pickup. We are so excited to welcome yinz back and create a new normal together.
As we get ready to open our doors, our #1 priority is to protect the health and safety of our staff and customers, while continuing to offer the exceptional service and personal care that we are known for. With that in mind, we’ve spent the past few weeks chatting with local small businesses, fellow kids store owners, and (of course) our amazing customers to come up with a reopening strategy that best suits our store.
Please take a moment to review the guidelines below. While some of our new rules are a bit different than normal, you can feel good knowing that they’ve been created to provide a safe and clean shopping experience.
The store is limited to 2 customers at a time for stress-free social distancing. This means you may need to wait outside.
Inventory and shopping space has been reduced to allow for more efficient and thorough cleaning throughout the day.
We can’t wait to see your kids, but we do ask that they stay in their stroller/carrier/car seat or be holding your hand while in the store.
Masks must be properly worn at all times. We also ask that you use the hand sanitizer next to the door as you enter the store.
Picking up an online order? Bagged orders are placed to the left of the entrance–just grab and go!
Shopping in person? Contact-free transactions are available when using a credit card or Apple Pay/Google Pay. We’ll give you everything you need to bag your items Brambler style (including our signature tissue paper folding secrets!).
As we move forward into this next phase, we are setting the following new store hours for the next 4 weeks, based on great feedback from our customers:
Sunday and/or Monday: Local Deliveries*
Thursday: Local Deliveries*
*local deliveries are now limited to a 5 mile radius to accommodate store hours
While we don’t know exactly what the next few weeks will bring, we’re committed to sticking to these hours for consistency and peace of mind–no need to stalk our social media feeds to see when we’re open!
At the end of the day, we exist because of you, and we want to make shopping with us a memorable and pleasant experience. In the era of online shopping, and especially right now, it means a lot to us that so many of you want to stop by and shop in person.
