We offer FREE* standard shipping on domestic orders of $75 and over within the the contiguous 48 United States of America, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
*Free standard shipping promotions are only valid for one shipment per order. Shipping will be processed using the most cost effective method and you will be sent a tracking number.
Please note that orders placed on the weekend (Friday night through Monday) may not ship until Tuesday.
The customer is responsible for providing correct shipping information. Brambler Boutique is not responsible for replacing or refunding purchases sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Customer may be responsible for additional shipping expenses and purchase replacement expenses as the result of providing the incorrect address.
Free Pittsburgh-Area Pickup
You can pick up your items at our store in Pittsburgh’s Lawrenceville neighborhood. We'll have the order waiting for you at our 3609 Butler Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201 location. This option is only available for people ordering in the Pittsburgh area and able to pickup the order at our store on Butler Street in Lawrenceville. Bring a copy of your order and a photo ID to the store to pickup your order.
Please note that all sale items are final sale. Do not hesitate to contact us via email or phone for specific measurements for a guaranteed fit.
We stand by our merchandise 100%. If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, we’ll gladly issue store credit for any returns of unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original packaging/sealed within 60 days of purchase. Return shipping, if needed, to Brambler Boutique is the responsibility of the customer. The above return policy applies to online purchases. Store Credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card, which will be emailed to the address provided during checkout. The digital gift card will be sent once the returned items are received.
If an item is defective you may need to work directly with the manufacturer to replace the item. Check with us and we will help as best we can.
We do not accept returns of personal care or safety related items, such as baby carriers.
