    We no longer have a storefront from which we ship. This means that we will be utilizing warehouses in the US and China to ship items, which may result in shipping delays. Not to mention ships getting stuck in canals and material shortages due to the pandemic. Please anticipate longer than expected shipping times ( up to 30 days in some cases) and plan accordingly. If ordering clothing, consider sizing up. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate a new way of operating. 


    The customer is responsible for providing correct shipping information. Brambler Boutique is not responsible for replacing or refunding purchases sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Customer may be responsible for additional shipping expenses and purchase replacement expenses as the result of providing the incorrect address. 

    Sale Items

    Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Exceptions will be made for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. 


    Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

    After your payment is authorized and verified, all orders are processed within 1-3 days. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.

    Please anticipate a shipping time of 5-30 days after your order has been processed.

    Processing time + shipping time = estimated delivery date

    Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order in a timely manner. 

    Please note:

    (a) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

    (b) Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

    (c) When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date.



    If an order must be returned please contact within 14 days after delivery is received. Please include:

    • Order number
    • Item which you would like to return
    • Reason for return


    Returns (if applicable)

    We accept return of un-used products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

    Please Note: 

    If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee and you will be issued a return shipping label. 


    We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at
